Bike Surge Powers a Strong Age-Group Showing Harmony Heath turned in a well-rounded sprint performance at Spudman, finishing 173rd overall out of 570 athletes and 11th in the competitive 40-49 age group. This marks a notable step up from her 2025 outing, where she completed the Olympic distance in the non-competitive division this year's result reflects a shift into focused, competitive racing. Her bike leg was the standout of the day, averaging nearly 15.9 mph and including a scorching final push where she hit paces as low as 3:16 and 3:32 per mile, propelling her from 121st to 95th among female racers by T2. She carried that momentum into a steady run, holding a consistent rhythm around 10:43 per mile through the final miles to close out a strong, well-paced finish.
