A Strong Bike Split Fuels a Steady Olympic-Distance Finish Sadee Larsen completed her Olympic Triathlon in 3:40:24, finishing 292nd among 1987 female competitors and 26th in the 19-24 age division. After a 25:15 swim, she settled into a strong rhythm on the bike, particularly in the middle miles, where her pace climbed above 15 mph during two separate segmentswell above her overall bike average of roughly 13.4 mph. This surge helped her move up nearly 600 overall positions by the bike's midpoint before settling back into the field by T2. Her run leg showed solid endurance across the 6.2-mile course, closing with a notably quick final 0.1-mile split at a 3:46 pacea strong kick to the finish line. Transitions were efficient, with T1 in 5:24 and T2 in 3:55, keeping her race flowing smoothly between disciplines. Overall, this was a well-paced performance with a clear highlight in the bike leg's surge of speed.
