Steady Split Times Highlight a Well-Rounded Sprint Debut Charles Myers turned in a well-balanced sprint triathlon performance, finishing in 2:05:06. He exited the water in 17:56 for the swim, showing solid pacing for the distance, before transitioning into a strong bike leg. Covering roughly 12.45 miles in 53:05, Charles averaged just over 14 mph, with an especially quick opening mile that suggests he settled into a strong rhythm early on the bike course. The run leg covered just over 3 miles in 45:03, rounding out a consistent overall effort. Transitions were efficient, with T1 at 5:34 and T2 at 3:30, helping keep his overall time competitive. Placing 142nd among men and 281st overall out of 570 participants, Charles showed balanced strength across all three disciplines. Building more run endurance could help him close out future races with even more consistency in pace over the final miles.
