Strong Bike Leg Propels Solid Sprint Finish

Brylee turned in a well-rounded sprint triathlon performance, finishing 171st overall out of 570 participants and 72nd among female competitors, placing 23rd in her 30-39 age division. The swim went smoothly, setting up a quick transition before the bike leg, where she truly excelled covering the course at an average of roughly 15.1 mph, a clear highlight of her day and a pace that moved her steadily up the field.

Transitions were crisp on both ends, reflecting good race-day preparation. The run leg was steady, holding her position through the finish without significant fade. Compared to her 2025 Olympic-distance finish at Spudman, this year's sprint showed sharper overall execution, particularly on the bike, suggesting continued growth in her multisport strength and consistency.
