Steady Pacing Across Three Disciplines Highlighted by a Strong Mid-Run Surge Aidan completed the sprint distance in 1:57:27, finishing 221st overall and 117th among men. His swim came in at 19:59, a solid start that placed him inside the top half of his division early on. Transitions were efficient, with T1 at 5:13 and T2 at just 3:11, helping maintain momentum between legs. On the bike, Aidan covered the course at an average of roughly 13.2 mph, showing consistent effort throughout the 51:34 split. The run proved to be a highlight, particularly through the third split segment where he moved up to 52nd overall and 32nd in his gender group, reflecting a strong surge in pace during that stretch. While his overall run cadence settled afterward, that mid-run push demonstrates real strength to build on. Closing in 28th in his 20-29 age group, Aidan's race showed balanced execution with a standout gear shift on the run.
