A Strong Bike Leg Anchors a Steady Olympic-Distance Finish Dustin Miller completed the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 4:17:03, finishing 36th in the 40+ Clydesdale division. His swim covered 0.86 miles in 34:43, followed by a 7:56 T1 transition. The bike leg was a highlight, with Miller averaging roughly 14.3 mph over the 23-mile course, including a standout 34:49 split at a 3:24/mile pace during one stretch, showing his ability to push hard during favorable segments. A brisk 3:23 T2 transition kept his momentum going into the run. The 10-mile run rounded out the race in 1:53:15, with early miles at a 17:38 pace before gradually settling into the 1820 minute range over the closing miles.
