Consistent Cycling Power Drives a Solid Olympic-Distance Finish Paige Stanley completed the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 3:03:31, finishing 106th among 579 female finishers and 20th in the female 35-39 division out of a field of 1,987 athletes. She exited the Snake River swim in 23:06, then moved efficiently through T1 in 4:35 to begin the bike leg. On the bike, Paige averaged roughly 16 mph over the 24-mile course, showing strong power early with a 4:01/mile pace segment before settling into a steady rhythm through the remaining miles. A brisk T2 of 2:03 transitioned her into the run, where she covered the 10K in 1:01:55. Her run pace gradually eased from a 9:08 opening mile to the low 10:00s by the final stretch, a pattern worth addressing in training to help sustain pace deeper into the run leg after a strong bike effort.
