Consistent Effort Anchored by a Strong Mid-Bike Surge Spencer completed the Olympic-distance course in 3:52:08, moving through the water in 28:20 before a steady transition into the bike leg. On the bike, he averaged roughly 13.9 mph overall, but his best stretch came mid-ride, hitting nearly 14.9 mph and climbing into the top 600 for his gender and top 60 in his division during that segment a clear high point in his race. Off the bike, Spencer opened the run strong with a 12:56 first mile, showing solid transition execution. Pace gradually eased through the middle and later miles, settling in the 13:2013:45 range as fatigue set in. Overall, a well-rounded performance with a standout bike surge sharpening the back half of the run could help him close races with the same strength he showed mid-bike.
