Steady Pacing Anchors a Strong Olympic-Distance Finish Kindel Larreau completed the Olympic distance in 3:48:44, finishing 325th among 971 female finishers and 31st in the 40-44 age group. Her swim came in at 25:50, followed by a brisk transition into the bike leg. Early in the ride, she climbed into the top 100 women overall, showing real strength on the opening miles before settling into a consistent rhythm through the remainder of the 24-mile bike course, averaging close to 13 mph. The run leg covered just over six miles, completed in 1:22:15 at a steady low-13-minute mile pace throughout, showing solid endurance after the bike effort. Transitions were efficient, with T1 at 3:46 and T2 at 3:04, keeping overall momentum smooth between disciplines. Consistency was the theme of the day a well-managed effort from start to finish with a particularly strong opening bike segment worth building on for future races.
