Consistent Pacing Fuels a Strong Bike Performance Amy Rodriguez completed her third Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 3:58:35, finishing just ahead of her 2023 time of 4:36:55 and close to her 2025 result of 3:54:17. Her bike leg was the standout of the day, averaging roughly 14.3 mph overall, with a notable surge between miles 6.4 and 14.4 where she hit near 15 mph and briefly moved into the top 500 overall and top 10 in her division. That strength carried her through a solid transition into the run. Her swim and run splits were steady and in line with her recent races, showing reliable pacing across all three disciplines. Transition times were a touch longer than ideal, particularly T2, which slowed her overall momentum slightly. Sharpening transition efficiency could help her close the gap to her fastest Spudman finish yet.
