Strong Bike Legs Power a Steady Olympic-Distance Finish Arianna Brown completed the Olympic triathlon in 3:28:55, anchored by a bike leg that averaged roughly 14.3 mph over the 24-mile course. Her transitions were efficient, especially a lightning-fast 1:00 T2, showing sharp race-day execution moving from bike to run. The swim, aided by the Snake Rivers current, was completed in just under 24 minutes, giving her a solid start to the day. On the bike, Arianna showed flashes of real strength several mid-ride splits saw her hit paces near 3:504:00 min/mile, equating to bursts above 15 mph. The run settled into a consistent rhythm in the 12:3013:00 min/mile range, holding pace well through the second half of the race. Overall, this was a well-rounded performance with clear high points on the bike and dependable consistency on the run.
