Age-Group Champion Delivers a Podium-Worthy All-Around Performance Cora McIllece put together a strong, well-rounded race, finishing 20th overall out of 570 athletes and 4th among all women good enough for the top spot in the 1-19 Sprint Female division. Her swim was a standout, emerging 3rd overall and 1st among all women, showing excellent water speed right from the start. She carried that momentum onto the bike, averaging roughly 17.2 mph over the 13.17-mile ride, holding her position among the race's top competitors. Her run rounded out a well-executed day, helping her climb into the top 5 among women by the finish. Transitions were sharp as well, with a quick T2 that kept her competitive with the race's fastest athletes. This was a complete, balanced effort across all three disciplines, and the division win reflects strong consistency from start to finish.
