Fast Start, Fading Finish Wyatt Fronk stepped up from the Sprint distance in 2024 to tackle the Olympic course this year, and the swim leg showed real strength he exited the water 85th overall and 8th in his division, a clear sign of confidence in the water. The bike leg kept that momentum going, with Wyatt holding a strong average pace of roughly 17.4 mph across the course, moving efficiently through both transitions as well. The run told a different story. Early miles were solid, but the pace gradually slipped from the 10-minute range into the 13-minute range by the final few miles, dropping him from 311th to 563rd overall by the finish. Building run endurance off the bike could be a great focus for future races, especially given how well the swim and bike legs are already performing.
