Strong Bike Leg Fuels a Solid Sprint Finish Brenna Fronk returned to Spudman for the third straight year, finishing in 1:56:17 a nine-minute improvement over her 2025 result. Her bike leg was the standout segment, covering the course at roughly 15.4 mph and moving her up significantly in the overall standings, climbing from 346th after the swim to 154th by the end of the ride. This built strong momentum heading into the run. The run leg showed some real bright spots, particularly a fast third mile that briefly pushed her into the top 50 overall and top 6 in her division. Consistency across the run was an area to watch, as pace varied between miles. The swim, meanwhile, was the more conservative portion of her day and could be a focus for future gains. Overall, a well-rounded performance with a clear strength on the bike.
