Balanced Effort Delivers a Strong Age-Group Finish Felix Salomone turned in a well-rounded sprint triathlon performance, finishing 57th overall out of 570 and 8th in the competitive 30-39 male division. His swim came in at 17:20, followed by a quick 3:08 transition into the bike leg, where he showed real strengthaveraging roughly 15.9 mph over the bike course and climbing as high as 15th overall during the early miles. T2 was crisp at 2:22, setting up a steady 27:39 run to close out the race. Splits show he held pace admirably through the run, finishing strong in the final stretch. With a swift bike leg as a clear highlight, Felix's overall pacing strategy across all three disciplines reflects solid fitness and smart racing execution for this Spudman outing.
