Consistent Effort Across All Three Legs Joshua completed the Spudman sprint triathlon in 2:07:56, showing balanced effort through each discipline. He exited the water after a 21:38 swim, then moved through T1 in 7:01 before settling into the bike course. His bike leg covered just over 11 miles in 53:57, translating to roughly 12.6 mph, a steady effort that held firm from start to finish without significant drop-off in pace. T2 took 6:10 before Joshua began the run, covering just over 3 miles in 39:12. His run pace hovered in the 12:30-13:00 min/mile range for most of the course, showing consistency even in the closing stretch. He crossed the finish line 300th overall out of 570 participants. For future races, tightening transition timesparticularly T1 and T2, which combined took over 13 minutescould shave meaningful time off his overall result.
