Consistent Podium Presence Continues Despite a Slower Finish Lindsey Kennedy once again claimed 2nd place in the Women's 40-44 division at Spudman, finishing 11th among 1987 female competitors and 107th overall. Her swim came in at 20:08 for 0.86 miles, followed by a strong bike leg covering roughly 24.4 miles in 1:16:29 an average of about 19.1 mph. She capped the day with a 52:31 run split, averaging around 8:27 per mile over the final 6.2 miles. This year's overall time of 2:34:53 was her slowest Spudman finish in five appearances, trailing her personal best of 2:22:07 set in 2025. Her swim and run legs remained competitive, but a slightly longer T1 (3:40) and T2 (2:07) compared to her 2025 splits suggest transitions could be an area to tighten up going forward. Still, back-to-back podium finishes in her division show she's remained a strong, steady presence in this race year after year.
