Consistent Pacing Fuels a Solid Olympic-Distance Finish Jennifer Christensen completed the Olympic Triathlon in 4:39:56, moving through the Snake River swim in 36:15 before transitioning into a bike leg that showed some of her strongest work of the day. Averaging roughly 13.6 mph over the bike course, she climbed from 1,467th place overall after the swim to 907th by the mid-bike checkpoint, a notable jump in position that reflects strong, steady cycling. The run proved more demanding, with her pace settling into the 1921 minute per-mile range across the final miles, slightly slowing her overall standing to 1462nd. Her T1 and T2 transitions were efficient, at 6:47 and 5:54 respectively. Looking ahead, focusing on run endurance following the bike leg could help her carry that mid-race momentum through to the finish.
