Strong Bike Split Powers Solid Sprint Finish Levi Starr turned in a well-rounded performance at the Spudman Sprint Triathlon, finishing 41st overall and 8th in the Male 1-19 division out of 570 participants. He exited the water in 18:12, then delivered the standout segment of his race on the bike, covering the course in 46:47 for an average speed of roughly 16 mph. That ride moved him steadily up the field, climbing from 83rd to 97th place among all racers by the bike's end despite the tightening competition. Transitions were crisp, with T1 at 4:31 and T2 at just 2:06, helping maintain his momentum into the run. Levi closed with a 24:13 run split, holding pace consistently through the final miles and finishing with a strong final surge, moving up several overall positions in the last mile. His race showcased balanced execution across all three disciplines, with the bike leg standing out as a particular strength.
