Age Group Champion Powers to a Dominant Bike Performance Talen delivered a standout Olympic-distance performance, finishing 8th overall out of 1,987 athletes and claiming the top spot in the men's 30-34 age group. After a solid swim that placed him top 35 overall, Talen turned in a exceptional bike leg, averaging roughly 23 mph and steadily climbing through the fieldfrom 10th to 4th place at one pointshowcasing strong power and pacing across the ride. His run was equally consistent, holding a low-7:00s pace per mile and maintaining his position among the top 10 finishers throughout the run course. Talen's transitions were efficient, with a quick T2 of just 1:25. Overall, this was a well-rounded, front-of-the-pack performance capped by a decisive age group win.
