Consistent Splits Power a Strong Age-Group Finish Jacob Harris returned for his third consecutive Spudman, finishing 46th overall and 4th in the competitive 19-24 age groupan improvement over his 6th-place finish in 2025. His bike leg stood out, averaging roughly 20.2 mph despite rolling terrain, with notable surges on downhill sections pushing pace into the low 3:00s per mile. Transitions were efficient, especially a swift 1:16 T2. Off the bike, Jacob settled into a steady rhythm, holding paces in the 7:007:40 per mile range for most of the run before closing strong with a sub-7:10 final mile and a hard sprint to the line. His swim exit placed him in the top 15% of the field, setting up a well-rounded day across all three disciplines and reflecting solid, balanced fitness heading into the back half of the season.
