Bike Strength Highlights a Balanced Olympic-Distance Effort Brock Rohloff delivered a well-rounded performance at the Olympic Triathlon, highlighted by a strong ride at nearly 16.7 mph. That bike leg was clearly his strongest segment, moving him up from 850th to 685th place overall during the ride a notable jump in a crowded field of nearly 2,000 finishers. The swim and run were steadier efforts, with his run settling into a consistent mid-15-minute-per-mile rhythm across the back half of the course. Transitions were efficient and didnt cost him significant time. Crossing the line in 3:47:40, Brock capped off a balanced race day, with his cycling clearly standing out as the highlight leg of his triathlon.
