Bike Strength Anchors a Determined Olympic Finish Bergen Lindauer completed her third Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 3:52:52, showing that her bike leg remains a clear strength. She covered the 24.4-mile bike course in 1:34:30, averaging roughly 15.5 mph, and even hit a blistering 3:28/mile equivalent pace during one 14-mile stretch a segment where she moved into the top 200 among female finishers. Her swim split of 27:26 was steady, and her transitions were efficient, with T1 and T2 combined at just over 12 minutes. The run proved to be the tougher half of the day, settling into a 1516 minute/mile rhythm over the final 10K. This overall time was slower than her previous two Spudman finishes (3:19:13 in 2025 and 3:33:52 in 2024), suggesting that run consistency could be a focus area heading into future races, especially given the bike strength she's built.
