Strong Finishing Kick Highlights a Solid All-Around Effort Debra completed the sprint triathlon in 2:26:30, finishing 388th overall and 199th among women. Her bike leg was a highlight, covering just over 12 miles in 59:31 averaging roughly 12.5 mph, with several strong-paced segments near 1416 mph during the middle miles. The swim was steady at 26:01, and T1 and T2 combined took just under 24 minutes. On the run, Debra showed a strong closing surge, dropping her pace to 5:35 per mile in the final stretch after holding around 12:0012:15 pace for most of the leg. Compared to her 2025 Spudman result (2:13:07), this year's time was slower overall, but she improved her age-group standing, moving up from 42nd to 38th in the 40-49 division a positive sign of competitive consistency within her category.
