A Determined Finish Despite a Tougher Day Joshua completed the Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 2:03:20, finishing 267th overall and 30th in his 30-39 age group. His swim came in at 21:08, followed by a 54:32 bike legaveraging roughly 13.7 mphand a 39:48 run to close out the race. Transitions were solid, with T1 at 4:56 and T2 at 2:57, showing good focus between disciplines. Compared to his previous two Spudman finishes1:53:03 in 2024 and 1:51:40 in 2025this year's result was noticeably slower, suggesting a harder day out on the course rather than a form issue. The bike and run splits in particular trailed his past pacing, and revisiting bike cadence or run pacing strategy could help him close that gap next season. Still, finishing strong and staying consistent in his division field reflects solid endurance and race experience built over multiple years at this event.
