A Solid Swim Fades Into a Tougher Run Trevor Dschaak finished the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 3:39:28, his slowest showing across four Spudman appearances. He opened strong with an efficient swim and quick transitions, then carried solid momentum onto the bike, averaging just under 14 mph for the ride and posting some notably quick early splits before tapering pace in the back half of the course.
