Three-Time Champion Delivers Another Wire-to-Wire Victory Tanner Burton continued his stronghold on this race, claiming his third consecutive overall title in a field of 570 athletes. After exiting the water in 2nd place, he seized the lead in T1 and never relinquished it, posting the fastest bike split of the day at an average of roughly 22.4 mph. His swift transitionsjust 1:37 in T1 and a blistering 1:06 in T2reflected sharp execution across every discipline. Burton backed up his bike dominance with the fastest run split as well, sealing a comprehensive victory across all five segments. While his 1:13:57 finish was a few minutes off his personal best from 2025 (1:11:23), it was more than enough to secure the win by a comfortable margin.
