Consistent Pacing Highlighted by a Strong Bike Leg James Bangerter, 21, of Twin Falls, ID, completed the Olympic distance at the 2026 Spudman Triathlon, finishing 651st among men and 820th overall out of 1,987 participants. His race showed balanced effort across all three disciplines, with a particularly strong bike legaveraging roughly 16.1 mph over the course, a pace that moved him up significantly in the field during that segment. James's swim and transitions were efficient, setting a solid foundation before he settled into a steady run to close out the race.
