Strong Bike Leg Powers Solid Sprint Finish Caid Rodabough completed the 2026 Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 1:42:17, finishing 87th overall out of 570 and 16th in the Mens 20-29 division. He was competitive across the field, landing in the top third overall despite a mid-pack swim. The bike was clearly his strongest segment, covering the course at roughly 16.7 mph and moving him up significantly in the standingsfrom 118th after the swim to 42nd at one point mid-ride. His transitions were efficient, with a swift 1:53 T2. The run settled into a steady rhythm near 9:47 min/mile, holding his position through the final miles. Coachs note: with the bike showing strong power, dedicating some training focus to swim starting position could help him carry more momentum into T1 and set up an even stronger overall result next time out.
