Bike Strength Powers a Balanced Sprint Finish McKenna Campbell completed the Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 1:58:59, finishing 240th overall out of 570 athletes and 27th in her 20-29 age division. Her standout segment was the bike leg, where she averaged nearly 16 mph and moved up significantly in the fieldclimbing to 141st overall and 14th in her division by the end of the ride, a clear high point in her race. The swim proved to be her most challenging segment relative to the field, with a 283rd overall placement exiting the water. Transitions were efficient, and she carried solid momentum into the run, though her position eased slightly by the finish, ending 240th overall. Looking ahead, targeting swim efficiency could help her carry her strong cycling form into an even more competitive overall result.
