Strong Swim Leads the Way, Run Presents Next Challenge Juniel Bingham opened her 2026 Spudman Sprint Triathlon with a standout swim, clocking 17:07 and moving into 80th overall (35th among women, 8th in her division) a clear strength in her race. She carried that momentum onto the bike, averaging roughly 16.6 mph over the course and climbing as high as 32nd overall by mile 12, showing solid power on two wheels. The run proved to be the tougher leg, with her pace settling into the 13-minute range per mile and her overall placement slipping to 144th by the finish. Her total time of 1:49:13 was slower than both her 2023 (1:40:59) and 2024 (1:39:10) Spudman results. With her swim and bike showing continued strength, targeted run training could help her close the gap and return to the pace she's shown in past seasons.
