Steady Bike Power Fuels a Strong Olympic Finish Bridget completed her Olympic-distance race in 2:50:11, finishing 314th overall out of 1,987 athletes and 48th among female competitors. Her bike leg stood out, averaging roughly 16.1 mph over the course, showing solid strength and control on two wheels. Her run was a highlight of consistency, holding pace in the low-to-mid 8:00s per mile through the final miles and even closing with a strong final surge. Transitions were efficient, with quick turnarounds in both T1 and T2 that helped maintain overall momentum. Looking ahead, a bit more speed off the swim start could help her move up through the field earlier, but her steady pacing across bike and run segments reflects strong endurance and race management.
