Strong Swim Start Powers Steady Sprint Finish Tracie posted a swift 17:32 swim split, good for 97th overall and 6th in her division a clear strength to build around. She transitioned into the bike smoothly, covering the bike course at roughly 14.1 mph, holding a consistent effort across the ride before rolling into T2 in just over three minutes. The run proved to be the toughest leg of the day, settling into a pace near 13:56 per mile over the closing miles. Compared to her 2025 Spudman result, this year's finish came in about two minutes slower overall (2:05:25 vs. 2:03:24), though she climbed from 34th to 27th in her 40-49 age group. With the swim and bike both showing solid form, sharpening run pacing off the bike could be the next area to target for an even stronger overall time next season.
