Consistent Effort Delivers a Solid Age-Group Result Anita Rodeback completed the 2026 Spudman Sprint Triathlon in Washington, UT, finishing 225th overall out of 570 participants and 8th in the competitive 5059 female division. Her race showed balanced execution across all three disciplines, highlighted by an efficient bike leg where she averaged roughly 14.2 mph climbing from 273rd to 231st overall during the middle stretch of the ride, a clear sign of strong pacing on the saddle. Her transitions were tidy, and she carried steady rhythm through the run, moving up several overall spots in the closing miles to land in the top half of her age group. Building on that well-executed bike segment, slightly quickening the swim-to-bike transition could offer additional time gains, but overall this was an evenly distributed, well-managed performance from start to finish.
