A Solid Finish with Bike Speed as the Next Frontier Brittney completed the Olympic-distance triathlon in 3:58:39, coming off the water with a swim split of 30:22 in the Snake River current. Transitions added some time to her day, with T1 at 8:47 and T2 at 6:14, both areas that could be tightened up with more transition-specific practice. The bike leg covered roughly 24 miles at an average of about 12.4 mph, a pace that offers clear room to build strength and speed for next season. She closed with a 1:14:57 run, showing steady effort through the final leg. Compared to her 2025 Spudman finish of 3:12:08, this year's overall time was slower, suggesting bike fitness and transition efficiency are the top areas to target in training before her next race.
