Strong Bike Leg Fuels a Solid All-Around Finish Kyle Frost turned in a well-rounded sprint triathlon performance, finishing 103rd overall out of 570 athletes and 12th in the competitive 40-49 male division. After a modest swim leg that placed him mid-pack, Kyle used the bike course to make a significant move, climbing nearly 250 spots in the overall standings. His bike split, covering 12.45 miles at approximately 18.6 mph, was clearly the highlight of his day and a big engine for his overall result. Off the bike, Kyle maintained his positioning through a steady run, holding his place in the top 20% of finishers. His transitions were efficient, particularly T2, helping him carry momentum from the bike into the run without losing ground. This race showcases a clear strength on two wheels a great foundation to build on, with the swim presenting an opportunity to gain even more time in future races.
