Bike Power Anchors a Steady Olympic-Distance Finish Boen Huxford completed the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 3:06:24, placing 630th overall among 1,987 finishers and 34th in the men's 19-24 division. His bike leg was the clear highlight, holding roughly 18.2 mph across the course and climbing him into the top 400 overall by the dismount a strong foundation that outpaced his swim and run positioning throughout the race. The run told a different story, with mile splits drifting from about 10:19 to 11:38 per mile as the leg progressed, settling him back to his final placement. Compared to his 2025 Spudman finish of 2:58:48, this year's time was a bit slower overall, pointing to run pacing as the area most likely to yield gains in future races.
