A Steady Finish with Room to Rebuild Momentum Amy Olson completed the Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 2:22:29, finishing 371st overall and 189th among women. Her swim of 20:33 was solid, and she moved efficiently through T1 in 7:20. On the bike, she averaged roughly 11.6 mph over the 12.45-mile course, a pace that kept her within the middle of her field before transitioning into the run. Compared to her previous Spudman finishes1:51:16 in 2022 and 1:59:14 in 2025this year's overall time was slower, reflecting a tougher day across all three disciplines. Her run split of 45:15 suggests an opportunity to focus on run fitness heading into future races, as her swim and bike efforts remained fairly consistent with past performances. Overall, Amy continues to be a fixture in the Spudman field, and rebuilding some speed on the run could help her return closer to her 2022 form.
