Steady Bike Strength Powers a Balanced Sprint Finish Meagan Rush completed the Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 2:22:24, placing 370th overall out of 570 athletes and 188th among women. Her race showed a well-rounded effort across all three disciplines, with the bike leg emerging as a clear strength she averaged roughly 13.1 mph over the course, helping her climb from 436th after the swim to 371st by the bikes midpoint. The run brought a notable surge, as she briefly climbed to 83rd overall and 37th among women during the third running segment, showing strong mid-race power. That pace eased slightly over the closing miles, settling her final placement back into the mid-300s. Sharpening consistency through the final run stretch could help her convert those strong mid-race moves into an even stronger finish next time.
