Endurance Shines Through a Longer Day on the Course Kristie completed the Olympic-distance course in 5:22:35, powering through a 35:16 swim and a bike leg covering roughly 24.4 miles at an average pace near 11 mph in 2:13:07. She followed that with a determined 2:06:57 run to close out the race, showing solid staying power across all three disciplines. Compared to her 2025 Spudman finish of 4:31:30, this year's time was about 51 minutes slower, with transitionsparticularly an 18:01 T1offering a clear area to tighten up next time. Trimming time in T1 and T2 could shave several minutes off the overall clock without needing to change fitness at all. Overall, a strong display of endurance, with the bike and run legs showing where Kristie's engine kept firing late into the race.
