Bike Strength Fuels a Steady Olympic-Distance Finish Breanna opened with a 32:34 swim before a crisp 6:09 T1, then turned in the standout segment of her day on the bike. Cruising at nearly 13 mph overall, she found another gear mid-ride, hitting stretches near 1516 mph that vaulted her from outside the top 1,300 to inside the top 1,000 overall at one point a strong surge that showed real power on the road. After a quick 4:53 T2, the run proved tougher, settling into a pace closer to 14:00 per mile across the 6.2-mile course, a notable step down from her bike tempo. Closing in 4:02:46 overall, Breanna's day highlights a clear strength on two wheels future training focused on building run speed off the bike could help her carry that momentum all the way to the finish line.
