Steady Effort Marks a Strong Return to the Olympic Distance Krishelle completed the Olympic Triathlon in 2:52:25, finishing 352nd overall out of 1,987 participants and 10th in the competitive 35-39 age group. Her swim and bike transitions showed solid execution, and her bike leg averaged roughly 16.7 mph across the course, with a standout surge during the B5 segment where her pace climbed to about 17.8 mph her fastest sustained stretch of the day. She maintained consistent positioning through the run, holding a place in the top 60 among female finishers for most of the back half of the race. Compared to her previous two Spudman finishes2:37:00 in 2024 and 2:43:26 in 2023this year's time was slower, suggesting room to rebuild toward the pacing consistency she found in past seasons. Her T1 split was longer than in typical performances, hinting at a good area to tighten up before her next race. Overall, her ability to close strong on the run, holding sub-8:10 pace in the final miles, shows a solid aerobic base to build from moving forward.
