Steady Effort Across All Three Disciplines Anchors a Consistent Finish Lorena Holmstead completed the Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 3:01:46, finishing 226th among women and 21st in the 50-59 age division. Her swim covered 0.61 miles in 24:07, followed by a 6:45 transition into the bike leg. On the bike, she covered roughly 12.45 miles in 1:18:36, averaging about 9.5 mph before a 9:42 second transition. Holmstead closed out the race with a 3.11-mile run in 1:02:38.
