Strong Bike Surge Anchors a Solid Olympic Finish Micah exited the water in 21:16, sitting 308th overall, then used a swift T1 (5:23) to launch into the bike course. His 24.39-mile ride, covered in 1:26:24, averaged roughly 16.9 mph and included a standout mid-ride stretch (B5) where he climbed to 138th overall his best position of the day. That bike strength carried through T2 (2:58) before the 6.2-mile run, completed in 1:18:15, settled him into a 771st overall finish among 1,987 athletes. Compared to his past two Spudman appearances, this result lands between his 2023 debut (3:18:18) and his breakout 2025 performance (2:31:54). The bike leg remains a clear strength, but the run split suggests an opportunity to sharpen pacing off the bike to recapture that 2025 form.
