Bike Strength Anchors a Steady Olympic-Distance Finish Stuart Weichers turned in a well-rounded Olympic performance, highlighted by a strong bike leg where he averaged roughly 17.5 mph. His swim brought him in around 830th among men, but he surged on the bike, climbing as high as 6th in his 50-54 division during the middle miles before settling into the top 35 by the bike finish.
