Strong Swim Exit and Powerful Bike Surge Drive a Well-Rounded Olympic Finish Caleb turned in a well-balanced performance, exiting the water in 152nd place overalla top showing that set up the rest of the race nicely. On the bike, he found real rhythm during a 10.2-mile stretch where he averaged roughly 19.6 mph, a clear high point in his ride and a sign of strong sustained power. His overall bike split settled around 17 mph, showing solid consistency despite some natural fluctuation across segments. The run saw a steady effort in the 11:2512:15 min/mile range, capped off by a strong closing kick at the finish. Compared to his 2024 Spudman result, Caleb finished almost identically on time (3:02:13 vs. 3:01:11) but improved his overall placement significantly907th to 548thwhile now racing in the tougher 35-39 division. Thats a meaningful step forward in competitiveness even with a similar finishing time.
