Podium Finish in Elite Women's Division Highlights a Strong All-Around Effort Samantha Hall secured 2nd place in the Elite Women's division at this year's Spudman Olympic Triathlon, an improvement from her 3rd-place finish last year. Her swim leg was particularly efficient, and she followed it with a swift transition into the bike course, where she averaged approximately 17.7 mph over the bike leg. A lightning-quick T2 of just 50 seconds demonstrated sharp transition execution, setting her up well for the run. Her run split, covering just over six miles in 49:39, maintained a steady pace near 8:00/mile, helping her close out the race with consistency. While her overall time was about ten minutes slower than her 2025 result, Samantha's climb in the Elite Women's standings reflects strong competitive positioning. Sharpening bike-to-run transition speed further could help shave additional time off future results.
