A Powerful Bike Leg Anchors a Steady Olympic-Distance Effort Jenna Gremillion turned in a strong overall performance, highlighted by a bike leg where she averaged over 15 mphone of the more efficient rides in her age group. Her transitions were sharp as well, with T1 and T2 both completed in under four minutes, showing good preparation and race-day efficiency.
