Race Recap powered by Laurel Intelligence

Date: July 25, 2026 Participant: Brynn Conrad #2050 Race: 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon Event: Olympic Triathlon Weather: Hot, but otherwise a great day for a triathlon.

Steady Pacing Highlighted by a Fierce Bike Surge Brynn Conrad turned in a well-rounded performance at the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon, opening with a smooth swim before settling into a strong bike leg. One standout stretch saw her hit a blistering pace of roughly 17 mph, a segment that vaulted her into the top 15 of her age group at that point in the race a clear sign of real strength on two wheels. She maintained a steady overall bike effort of about 11.3 mph across the full course, showing solid endurance over the distance. The run leg saw Brynn settle into a consistent rhythm, holding her position through the final miles to close out the race. While her swim and transitions were efficient, the bike clearly stood out as her strongest discipline. Building leg speed off the bike could help her carry more of that momentum into the run for future Olympic-distance races.
