Consistent Pacing Powers a Solid All-Around Finish Stephanie Bennion completed the Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 1:51:18, placing 167th overall and 69th among women out of 570 finishers. She exited the swim in 18:15, then moved efficiently through T1 in just 3:06. On the bike, she covered the course at an average of roughly 11.9 mph, highlighted by a strong middle segment where she climbed as high as 72nd overall before settling into 243rd by the bikes end, reflecting a pace that eased slightly over the back half. A brisk T2 of 2:32 set up a run split of 30:29, averaging about 9:33 per mile. Bennion's steady effort moved her up the field late in the run, finishing 154th overall just before the line. Her swim and transitions were particular strengths both times ranking her in the top third of her division suggesting that continued bike endurance work could help her close final overall placement gaps in future races.
